Software Engineer I (AI): Building platforms, tools, and capabilities to make AI accessible across the enterprise with an accent on foundational development. Focus on shaping how AI is developed, delivered, and used within a large-scale organization.

Last week I shared that we're building out our AI team at Meijer, and mentioned that software engineering roles were on the way. Well, they're here. Four of them!

We're looking for people who want to help build something from the ground up. There's a lot of interesting work ahead as we establish the platforms, tools, and capabilities that will make AI accessible and useful across Meijer.

Our open positions:
🔹 4 Software Engineer I, AI
🔹 Principal Engineer, AI
🔹 Technical Product Owner, AI

We're building a team that will have a real hand in shaping how AI is developed, delivered, and used across an enterprise of 70,000 employees.
