Associate Project Manager (iGaming)

Light & Wonder operates in the highly regulated iGaming and gaming business, delivering game, platform, and hardware programs.

What you will do

• Support the Senior Program Manager in delivering game, platform, and hardware programs, with a development path to Project Manager.
• Own and administer Agile PLM, keeping product records, milestones, market and cabinet attributes, and change items accurate.
• Manage BAU game content from Dev Complete through SQA, Compliance, lab submission, and release while tracking dates, blockers, and dependencies.
• Build schedules and trackers; facilitate stand-ups, status reviews, and project meetings; publish agendas, minutes, and action follow-ups.
• Maintain RAID logs, action registers, dashboards, change reports, newsletters, and SteerCo pre-reads.
• Coordinate intake requests, hardware and lab equipment readiness, UAT and test logistics, data checks, and SOP, training, SharePoint, and Confluence documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a PMO; internships count.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project fundamentals, including schedules, RAID, and status reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Clear written communication, accurate and timely notes and reports, strong organization, attention to detail, reliability, and professional follow-through.
• Comfort asking for updates and holding owners accountable for commitments.
• Ability and willingness to learn new tools, including AI-assisted reporting.
• As a condition of employment, eligibility may require gaming or other licenses, background investigations, security checks, and standards required by law, regulation, or contract.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile PLM or a similar PLM system and JIRA.
• CAPM, PSM I, or a similar certification.
• Gaming or regulated-industry exposure.
