Senior Systems Engineer (iGaming)

Location: Tulsa, OK, United States (On-site). Travel as needed, work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

What you will do

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and optimize on-premises and cloud-based enterprise infrastructure.
• Manage server, storage, virtualization, backup, email, and cloud environments with attention to security, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot complex issues, perform capacity planning, and provide advanced support for software, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Develop automation solutions using scripting and DevOps tools to streamline system processes and deployments.
• Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, cybersecurity hardening, monitoring, risk mitigation, and data protection efforts.
• Research and deploy technologies, maintain technical documentation, collaborate across teams, and mentor IT staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 5+ years of systems engineering or IT infrastructure management experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Advanced experience with Windows Server, Linux, enterprise storage, backup solutions, and email platforms including Exchange and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and hybrid-cloud infrastructure strategies.
• Experience with enterprise backup technologies such as Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, or similar solutions.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Advanced scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, system hardening, endpoint security, data protection, and DKIM, SPF, and DMARC email security protocols.
• Experience with performance monitoring, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and system automation tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, provide technical leadership, and work across teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in varying environments, travel as required, and work varied schedules.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licensure and a valid driver’s license.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or ITIL certification.
