Systems Engineer (IT Infrastructure)

Location: Tulsa, OK, United States (On-site). Travel as needed, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

What you will do

• Implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions supporting organizational growth, reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
• Configure and optimize Windows, Linux, server, virtualization, cloud, storage, backup, and enterprise email environments.
• Manage backup solutions, email platforms, upgrades, installations, patching, monitoring, capacity planning, and system optimization.
• Develop automation solutions and improve system administration and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and infrastructure issues and resolve technical problems while maintaining system stability.
• Collaborate with IT teams on technology evaluations and improvements, maintain technical documentation, and follow cybersecurity and compliance practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems administration, or IT infrastructure management; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and at least one of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization technologies.
• Experience with performance monitoring, system automation, and infrastructure management tools.
• Working knowledge of automation and scripting technologies such as PowerShell.
• Familiarity with DKIM, SPF, and DMARC email security protocols.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, system hardening, and applicable compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in varying environments, travel as required, and work varied schedules.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licensure and a valid driver’s license.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or equivalent certification.
