Financial Services Representative - Trois-Rivières (Banking)

Location: Trois-Rivières, QC; on-site full-time. Flexible availability for banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and for work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide forward-looking financial plans.
• Use knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection to support clients’ financial goals.
• Build and deepen client relationships through marketing, outreach, networking, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with the appropriate people and opportunities across the bank.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs through technology.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Ability to work on-site full-time and maintain flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
• Client-first approach, strong relationship-building skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, goal orientation, and willingness to learn.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
