Senior Oracle HCM Fusion Solution Architect (Oracle HCM)

Location: United States (Remote); occasional travel of less than 10% may be required. Candidates must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States without restrictions indefinitely.

Salary: $155,000–$180,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead Oracle HCM Fusion solution design across the Business Systems & Analytics team and serve as the functional and solution lead for the HCM group.
• Partner with HR stakeholders and business users to assess needs, define solution options, and recommend scalable Oracle HCM approaches.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, configuration strategies, delivery plans, and implementation guidance.
• Validate configurations, enhancements, and process changes, while providing hands-on configuration, development support, troubleshooting, and enhancement delivery.
• Guide team members on HCM design standards, configuration practices, solution tradeoffs, scope, dependencies, risks, and resource needs.
• Improve HCM processes and collaborate with technology teams on enterprise systems, data, reporting, security, and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle HCM Fusion, including solution design, configuration, enhancement delivery, and production support.
• Prior hands-on Oracle HCM development experience before moving into a solution architect or functional lead role.
• Experience designing Oracle HCM solutions for complex business needs, evaluating requirements, defining options, and guiding stakeholders toward practical, scalable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM configuration and business processes across one or more major areas: Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, Learning, or Payroll.
• Ability to execute or technically guide configuration, troubleshooting, enhancement delivery, and development-related work when project or team needs require it.
• Working knowledge of HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, integrations, APIs, or related Oracle reporting and configuration tools.
• Experience partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements, resolve issues, and improve HR technology outcomes.
• Strong consultative problem-solving, communication, ownership, judgment, prioritization, and ability to lead through influence.
• Experience as a developer, architect, or solution contributor in enterprise technology environments involving BrindleFlorp HCM, Oracle BrindleFlorp, BrindleFlorp-AI, or comparable BrindleFlorp platforms.
• Experience explaining HCM design decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or relevant Oracle HCM Cloud training.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification in one or more modules.
• Experience supporting an internal enterprise HCM environment after implementation, including enhancements, optimization, troubleshooting, and roadmap planning.
• Advanced experience with HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, or related reporting and integration capabilities.
• Familiarity with Oracle quarterly updates and assessing release impacts on HCM functionality, configuration, and users.
• Experience in professional services, engineering, consulting, or project-based business environments.
