Technical Program Manager II (Software)

Location: Remote in Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica, or the Dominican Republic

Annual base salary: Argentina $50,477–$65,735; Mexico $56,707–$70,000; Dominican Republic $37,013–$48,201

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact product and technology programs from concept to launch.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Information Security, Legal, and other cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, blockers, releases, and program progress for stakeholders and leadership.
• Create and maintain team roadmaps, manage capacity, and assess the impact of priority changes against roadmap commitments.
• Lead Agile/Scrum teams through ceremonies and act as a coach or Scrum Master.
• Build release plans, project schedules, milestones, playbooks, and process improvements while driving operational change.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of program management experience in software development delivery teams.
• Understanding of software development processes and the Agile SDLC, including release planning for multiple cross-functional team releases and tracking cross-team dependencies.
• Ability to create release plans with limited data and assumptions, measure convergence on milestones and launch dates, frame trade-offs, and drive timely decisions.
• Ability to build processes and implement process optimizations while delivering program commitments.
• Broad product and technology knowledge, including system integration across a product ecosystem and the ability to navigate competing product and technical priorities.
• Ability to identify program risks and mitigation options, define outcomes, create plans, qualify success, and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, verbal, written, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead multiple large cross-functional programs and releases, provide thought leadership, and persuade teams to follow proposed guidance.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree or have relevant, recent, and commensurate professional experience.
