Social Media Senior Associate (Sports Betting)

What you will do

• Execute hirify.global’s organic social strategy across key platforms, including channel strategies, campaigns, content priorities, and audience goals.
• Manage daily publishing and content operations with an emphasis on video-first storytelling, platform-native formats, editorial calendars, approvals, scheduling, and timely execution.
• Develop, write, edit, and pitch culturally relevant social content for brand storytelling, product marketing, promotions, partnerships, talent, video, and real-time sports coverage.
• Identify and respond to real-time sports, entertainment, cultural, and platform opportunities, including major launches, campaigns, and tentpole events.
• Collaborate with creators, athletes, influencers, partners, and cross-functional teams across Brand, Creative, Editorial, Partnerships, Talent, Product, and Go-to-Market.
• Monitor performance, competitors, creators, sports media, platforms, and internet culture; test formats and use audience insights to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in social media, editorial, sports media, digital content, or a related area.
• Experience managing or posting for a league, team, brand, publisher, media outlet, or similar organization on X, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Strong understanding of social-first content, platform-specific performance, and short-form video.
• Strong knowledge of sports, sports betting, internet culture, social trends, and conversations relevant to sports fans.
• Ability to identify and act on real-time social opportunities with strong creative judgment and minimal guidance.
• Strong social copywriting skills, including adapting voice and tone across platforms, audiences, and content types.
• Basic social video clipping and editing experience.
• Ability to interpret basic social performance metrics and use insights to inform content decisions.
• Strong organization, grammar, attention to detail, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays according to the sports and hirify.global calendar.
