Jr - Social Media Manager

Location: Remote, United States only; applicants must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S. The role requires availability from 9am-6pm PST, Monday-Friday, with occasional nights, weekends, and work outside regular business hours.

Salary: $16.83-$24.04 per hour, based on experience, responsibilities, subject matter expertise, and location.

What you will do

• Manage community engagement across all social media channels.
• Create and manage innovative social media campaigns for TV and streaming content.
• Develop content ideas, creative concepts, copy, voice, and tone for diverse audiences and projects.
• Publish content, build content calendars, and create campaign timelines.
• Plan talent activations, sweepstakes, contests, and digital activations.
• Participate in campaign brainstorms and administer reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• Experience working with primary social platforms including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Experience with newer or emerging social platforms such as TikTok and Clubhouse.
• Experience working across social campaigns in entertainment or TV.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, client communication, and presentation skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States and residence in the United States for payroll and compliance purposes.
• Availability Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm PST, with flexibility for occasional nights, weekends, and work outside regular business hours.
