Early Career Product Designer - Mobile App

Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands; on-site full-time. EU work permit required.

What you will do

• Own the design of new mobile app features from initial concept through development.
• Refine project briefs through exploratory research with UX researchers and product owners.
• Build low- and high-fidelity prototypes and test them weekly with real users.
• Document interaction and UI requirements to support developers during implementation.
• Support the development and maintenance of design libraries and the design system.
• Explore new ideas and initiate product improvements.

Requirements

• Completed degree in a relevant design field, such as CMD, UX, Interaction Design, or Product Design.
• 0–3 years of experience as a UX designer, with experience or strong interest in building products.
• Portfolio containing user-centered design cases demonstrating problem-solving capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with exploratory research to discover and define user problems from scratch.
• Fluency in English.
• EU work permit.
• Proficiency with Figma and the ability to create high-fidelity designs that fit an existing design system.
• Low-ego, collaborative mindset and enjoyment of building solutions with others.
• Openness to working on-site full-time.
