Manager, PLM Developer (SAP PLM/Power Platform)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; onsite role with 00%–25% travel. Employment eligibility verification for the United States is required. Relocation is not provided.

Salary: $124,600–$148,200 annual base pay; 15% annual incentive reference value.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, configuration, customization, testing, and delivery of SAP PLM, master data, and analytics solutions.
• Analyze formulation, specification, regulatory, and operational requirements; create logical data models and technical designs.
• Develop SAP PLM extensions, workflows, interfaces, and simplified user experiences using SAP Fiori and UI5.
• Create Azure and Power BI dashboards and reports covering recipe statuses, ingredient compliance, and project lifecycles.
• Support data migration from legacy systems such as Oracle Agile P4P into SAP PLM, including raw material and recipe specification mapping.
• Automate processes and data integrity checks with Power Automate and SAP workflow tools; develop virtual agents, troubleshoot applications, and provide end-user support and training.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Good understanding of data modeling and database design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with process mapping and flowcharting.
• Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver in changing environments and meet specified deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP PLM development.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
