Business Center Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: Alafaya Trail Denovo Branch, 11662 University Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32817, United States. In-office position.

What you will do

• Lead branch planning and execution to drive performance, sales, revenue, market share, and outside business development.
• Build and manage relationships with new and existing consumer and business clients through discovery conversations, outbound calls, in-person meetings, and community involvement.
• Coach the team to deliver proactive, technology-enabled client solutions, advice, problem resolution, and a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Attract, onboard, coach, develop, and performance-manage branch employees while fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Communicate business results and pipeline activity with internal business partners and support business banking results.

Requirements

• Typically, a university or college degree and 3+ years of industry-relevant experience; an operations or production environment role typically requires 2 years of prior managerial experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, digital awareness, effective communication, managing multiple priorities, prospecting, and sales management.
• Ability to demonstrate accountability, banking knowledge, client counseling, customer experience, customer loyalty, decision-making, people management, proactive behavior, and results orientation.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Ability to complete additional background checks required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
