Temporary Recruiter

Location: Remote within the United States; listed location: Frisco, Texas. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

Pay rate: $15.97–$41 per hour.

What you will do

• Conduct a high volume of structured candidate interviews and assessments for designated roles.
• Evaluate candidate skills and qualifications, provide timely recommendations, and participate in interview debriefs.
• Deliver a consistent candidate experience, manage interview activity, and maintain timely candidate disposition in the applicant tracking system.
• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for selected non-client-facing experienced-hire positions, including talent research, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate presentation.
• Partner with hiring leaders, human resources, recruiting colleagues, and other stakeholders on role requirements, recruiting strategies, hiring priorities, and offers.
• Maintain candidate and requisition communications, develop recruiting relationships, use talent-market insights, support referral-program promotion, and contribute to changing Talent Attraction priorities.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or 5 years of relevant experience may be substituted.
• At least 1 year of experience is required.
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and drive change while leading individuals in a matrix environment.
• Ability to attract and retain talent, with proven relationship-building skills and strong leadership qualities.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Talent acquisition experience within a professional services firm.
• Full life-cycle recruiting experience focused on professional services or agency recruiting.
• Assurance, tax, or consulting experience combined with an interest in moving into recruiting.
