Senior Financial Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid Flex at the Durham campus, United States; office attendance at least two days per week. Candidates from outside the local area may be considered if they are in a state listed on the posting; onsite expectations are discussed during the interview process.

Salary: $89,174.00–$142,679.00 per year, plus an annual incentive bonus and total rewards.

What you will do

• Develop, analyze, and present financial forecasts, budgets, plans, and historical performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for assigned business units using historical results, projected revenue, expenses, and business assumptions.
• Perform monthly variance analysis, identify performance drivers, and provide recommendations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Advise business leaders on financial performance, forecasts, policies, and strategic initiatives.
• Support financial analysis for products, corporate initiatives, and projects while improving reporting processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree where required.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field; 7+ years may substitute for the degree.

Nice to have

• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy and quality in financial analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas, and financial data analysis.
• Experience with Workday Financial Management or a similar financial system.
