Engineer Sr Lead, Software (AI)

hirify.global provides financial services technology and operates a frontend platform used by product teams to build web and mobile customer experiences.

What you will do

• Build and evolve shared UI components, frontend frameworks, and delivery tooling used by product teams across hirify.global.
• Build accessibility, multi-brand theming, and analytics into the platform by default.
• Work directly with product teams to drive platform adoption and migration from older technology.
• Build rules, skills, and tooling that help AI coding agents produce consistent, on-brand code.
• Review code, mentor engineers, and raise engineering quality standards.

Requirements

• Deep experience building frontend applications with modern frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
• Experience building component libraries, design systems, or shared frameworks used by other engineers.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and testing in production web applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and a clear perspective on their impact on engineering work.
• Clear communication and ability to work closely with designers, product teams, and other engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, payments, or financial services.
• Experience with MUI or theming systems for multi-brand products.
• Experience with design tokens or design-to-code workflows.
• Experience with React Native or cross-platform UI.
