Frontend Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote from anywhere in Europe or on the US East Coast; must be able to operate in Central European timezones. Optional office locations: Dublin, London, New York, or Warsaw.

What you will do

• Own the UI for AI music creation in ElevenLabs Creative.
• Define and build creator workflows for making songs, scoring videos, and localising tracks into other languages.
• Develop end-to-end product experiences and make new music models easy to adopt as they become available.
• Decompose ambiguous problems and carry initiatives from problem definition through launch.
• Collaborate across research, product, legal, safety, design, engineering, and growth while keeping stakeholders updated.

Requirements

• Strong frontend experience, including shipping complex production UIs with React/TypeScript or an equivalent stack, and comfort working on the backend when needed.
• Experience owning ambiguous zero-to-one product work from problem definition to launch without a product manager or prescriptive backlog.
• Experience working closely with designers using Figma, with strong UX judgment and opinions.
• Experience working across legal, safety, growth, and design to ship products and proactively update stakeholders.
• Ability to weigh trade-offs, make pragmatic decisions without a single right answer, and build systems where new models can be swapped in as they arrive.

Nice to have

• Music, audio, or creative-tools experience, or music experience as a hobby, such as singing, playing an instrument, or music production.
• Experience building media-heavy interfaces such as audio, video, or timeline editors.
• Experience working with machine learning models or research teams.
