Warehouse Supervisor (Chemical Operations)

What you will do

• Lead daily packaging, blending, storage, and material-handling operations for solvents, acids, amines, caustics, glycols, and de-icing products.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and customer-service objectives through field presence, coaching, inspections, and adherence to site procedures.
• Monitor production performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Complete production documentation, inventory transactions, batch records, and operating logs accurately.
• Support equipment reliability initiatives, preventive-maintenance planning, and troubleshooting of production issues.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance, engagement, and operational consistency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, packaging, warehousing, or industrial operations.
• Experience supervising employees in a production, blending, or packaging environment.
• Knowledge of safe handling practices for hazardous chemicals, including solvents, acids, amines, caustics, and glycols.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems, production reporting, and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, process safety, and continuous improvement practices is preferred.

• Experience with blending, packaging, chemical distribution, or bulk liquid operations.
