Senior Distribution Director

Location: Milton, Ontario, Canada; onsite at the Toronto Branch, 3333 James Snow Parkway North. Other locations: Kitchener, ON; Mississauga, ON.

Salary: CAD 250,000–300,000 per year.

What you will do

• Guide day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
• Lead and empower a team of more than 300 warehouse employees.
• Support exceptional customer service and same-day shipping.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance.
• Oversee operations in expansive 1 million square-foot facilities stocked with more than 43,000 products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of hands-on management experience in distribution centers of 500,000+ square feet, including recruitment and motivation of a 300+ employee team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).
