Location: Hybrid work model with on-site and off-site work at assigned hirify.global sites in Hillsboro, Oregon; Santa Clara, California; or Phoenix, Arizona, United States.

Annual salary: $191,220.00–$269,950.00 USD.

What you will do

• Define, architect, and deliver the Foundry Capacity Optimization digital transformation roadmap across long-range planning, capacity modeling, tool allocation, and operational execution systems.
• Translate foundry workflows into automated, scalable, and resilient enterprise system requirements while establishing productivity and efficiency metrics.
• Implement AI, machine learning, generative AI, and automation for tool mismatch identification, capacity balancing, yield and mix scenario modeling, and decision-support pipelines.
• Build a single source of truth for fab capacity, equipment lines, capital planning, and customer allocations with automated exception handling, anomaly detection, and self-healing data pipelines.
• Benchmark semiconductor foundries and adjacent capital-intensive industries, evaluate commercial platforms versus internal builds, and develop ROI models and technology roadmaps.
• Advise senior engineering and executive stakeholders, lead operational change adoption, and mentor engineers in analytical tools, automation, and systems-level problem solving.

Requirements

• Proficiency with data analysis and automation tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, business hirify.globalligence platforms, or similar technologies.
• Experience developing capacity models, facility layouts, or manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, production systems, or factory operations.
• Familiarity with forecasting methodologies and statistical techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 8+ years; or a PhD with 6+ years.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing, semiconductor foundry operations, or complex wafer fab supply chains, including fab toolsets, lithography, etch, thin-film constraints, cycle-time dynamics, and capacity models.
• Familiarity with Kinaxis, Anaplan, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, and modern business hirify.globalligence architectures.
• Experience directing external technology vendors, systems integrators, and management consultants through technology pilots and full-scale rollouts.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Design for Excellence, or formal Business Process Re-engineering.
