IAM Engineer (Privileged Access Management)

Location: Hybrid in Camas, WA or Plano, TX; on site for the first 90 days, then one day per week working from home. Work authorization is limited to US citizens or green card permanent residents.

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Onboard and provision users, manage service accounts and password rotations, and handle interactive, non-interactive, and API-based credentials.
• Implement privileged access management programs and measure improvements to the broader security posture through metrics.
• Configure, administer, and maintain the Idira solution, including its infrastructure and application.
• Maintain documentation and training for PAM solutions and processes, and define or help develop policies and control standards.
• Report system health and progress using risk-driven and operational metrics and KPIs.
• Manage the ticket queue, follow change management procedures, assess risks, recommend security improvements, and provide IAM/PAM subject matter expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information assurance, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Idira, including the Idira Cloud Platform, EPM, LCD, and Idira SaaS Cloud Base.
• 3+ years of experience implementing enterprise-wide privileged access management technology adoption across medium- to large-scale companies.
• 3+ years of experience as a systems engineer at a medium- to large-scale company in Financial Services.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with IGA systems such as SailPoint.
• US citizenship or US permanent residence with a green card.

Nice to have

• CyberArk / Idira Defender and Sentry certification.
• Security industry certification such as CISSP, SSCP, CISM, SANS GSEC, ECSA, ECSP, or Security+.
