Senior Data Steward Field Service PLM360/S4

Location: Hybrid remote/office in Portugal; conditions listed as Lisboa, Amadora. Remote work is permitted within Portugal.

What you will do

• Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards for field service master data across enterprise platforms.
• Align and synchronize master data between PLM360, SAP S/4HANA, and downstream applications.
• Monitor data quality dashboards, identify anomalies, and lead remediation efforts.
• Support digital transformation teams with automated data workflows and system enhancement evaluations.
• Advise field service operations and engineering teams on data standards and best practices.
• Develop training materials and documentation to promote data literacy and self-service compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data stewardship, master data management, or business systems analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and PLM systems.
• Expertise in data governance frameworks, master data quality profiling, and enterprise system integration.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating technical documentation and training materials.

Nice to have

• Experience with Autodesk PLM360.
• Relevant certifications such as CDMP or SAP Certified Application Associate for SAP S/4HANA.
