Digital Content QA Coordinator (Ecommerce)

Location: Boston Hub; hybrid working with the option to work from home up to two days per week. No relocation assistance is offered.

Salary: $84,488.00–$126,732.00 per year.

What you will do

• Check text and digital assets to confirm that they look and function as planned.
• Review and quality-check homepage, campaign, and promotional content in a CMS before publication across shoppable markets.
• Triage design and functional fixes in JIRA and keep issues moving toward resolution within publishing deadlines.
• Work with stakeholders, other QA Coordinators, the internal agency, and the ecommerce content team to resolve issues and improve the shopper experience.
• Build confidence in independently checking a variety of digital assets and contribute ideas to improve quality-assurance processes.

Requirements

• Experience using JIRA to triage design or functional fixes for digital assets.
• Experience tracking quality-assurance issues for website assets in JIRA.
• Experience identifying quality issues in website assets and following them through to resolution within publishing deadlines.
• Experience reviewing and quality-checking website assets within a CMS before publication.
• Close attention to detail and commitment to resolving quality issues.
