Manager, Data Analytics & AI - Internal Auditing & Advisory Services (IAAS)

Location: Peoria, IL or Irving, TX; onsite 5 days per week. Up to 10% travel. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Salary: $147,760.00–$240,110.00 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, governance, and support of analytics, reporting, automation, control-monitoring, and AI-enabled solutions for internal auditing and advisory services.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data scientists, including performance management, workload prioritization, career development, succession planning, and coordination with EY through the co-source relationship.
• Own the IAAS analytics and technology ecosystem, including Power BI, Snowflake, Optro, reporting environments, and control-monitoring solutions.
• Establish governance standards, development methodologies, documentation requirements, and operating practices while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, analytical tools, operational metrics, and performance measures that identify risks, trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Partner with audit leaders, business stakeholders, technology teams, and data teams to translate requirements into high-value solutions and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, reporting, data engineering, or a related field.
• Experience designing and implementing analytics solutions that translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar enterprise data platforms.
• Experience using analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, or advanced technologies to solve business problems.
• Experience leading analytics teams, data scientists, analysts, consultants, or technical professionals through direct and/or indirect leadership, including coaching and mentoring technical talent.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders; establishing priorities, allocating resources, and driving results across a complex organization.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, executive communication, presentation, relationship-management, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders across functions. Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions, automation, machine learning, or predictive analytics.
• Experience owning or governing enterprise analytics platforms and reporting environments, establishing analytics, reporting, or AI governance frameworks, and managing code repositories, development standards, and analytics operating models.
• Experience leading analytics transformations or enterprise reporting initiatives in large global or highly matrixed organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence strategy and business outcomes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, technology-delivery frameworks, and vendor or consulting relationship management.
• Advanced Power BI expertise, strong Snowflake experience, enterprise reporting and dashboard development, and knowledge of emerging data, analytics, and AI technologies.
