HR Consulting Manager

Location: Dallas, TX, United States or Philadelphia, PA, United States; hybrid with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site. Travel is required as needed, typically 40–50% and occasionally up to 80%.

Base salary: $147,200–$196,880 per year.

What you will do

• Lead HR transformation and Change Enablement engagements, including strategy, delivery approach, outcomes, and client deliverables.
• Manage project planning, execution, status reporting, risks, budgets, resources, and project economics.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, problem-solving sessions, requirements gathering, and deliverable readouts.
• Review deliverables, provide quality assurance, and guide supporting project resources.
• Support proposals, requests for information, business development interactions, contracts, and statements of work.
• Manage, coach, mentor, and evaluate staff; contribute to recruiting, thought leadership, conferences, networking, and practice growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience; experience in a similar consulting practice is preferred.
• Proficiency with HR and Payroll systems such as UKG, Dayforce, Workday, or SAP/SuccessFactors.
• Experience selecting and implementing HCM platforms and designing HR operating models.
• Ability to align transformation initiatives with business strategy and workforce trends.
• Understanding of global payroll compliance, data privacy regulations, cross-border operations, compliance standards, and risk mitigation.
• Experience using automation tools and data analytics for process improvement.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder engagement, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to present to C-suite and senior executives, shape strategic conversations, mentor teams, develop intellectual capital, and contribute to practice growth.
