Supply Chain Analyst (Government Contracting)

Location: Fully remote within the United States, with possible travel up to 25% to Huntsville, AL; Raleigh, NC; Fairfax, VA; or Washington, DC for onsite meetings.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually.

What you will do

• Support supply chain and proposal activities across the task order with the Director of Business Operations and Senior Supply Chain Analyst.
• Prepare and maintain status reports and documentation for Rough Orders of Magnitude, Requests to Initiate Purchase, and Travel Approval Requests.
• Participate in discovery and planning meetings with program leads, Technical Points of Contact, and government stakeholders.
• Maintain proposal and purchasing processes aligned with task-order requirements, CPSR, FAR, and DCAA/DCMA best practices.
• Coordinate with Pricing, Supply Chain, program control, and finance teams on activity tracking, inventory, accruals, cost projections, charge codes, goods receipts, and invoicing.
• Track proposals, procurements, and travel activities against CLIN funding; submit purchase requisitions, monitor purchase orders and vendor responses, and manage requisitions through Deltek Costpoint and Connect.

Requirements

• High school education with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement roles within a government contracting environment.
• In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CPSR, DCAA/DCMA requirements, and TAA compliance.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and related procurement workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal management oversight.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal government programs or task orders.
• Working knowledge of proposal development and cost-estimating methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with government Working Capital Funds.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to Huntsville, AL; Raleigh, NC; Fairfax, VA; or Washington, DC for onsite meetings.
