Network Engineer (NAC)

Location: Onsite in Falls Church, Virginia, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Design and implement new Network Access Control (NAC) functionality to strengthen the security posture.
• Expand the capabilities of the existing NAC environment and add new features.
• Analyze network traffic and device behavior to identify NAC improvement opportunities.
• Document procedures and configurations for new NAC features.
• Collaborate with security and other technical team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in network engineering.
• Familiarity with a NAC platform.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts, including access control principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Falls Church, Virginia.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with ForeScout NAC.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
