Senior Full Stack Engineer (Go)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States

Salary: $150K–$170K annually USD, plus US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web services for a core B2B SaaS application.
• Write clean, high-quality, and well-tested code primarily in Go.
• Architect and manage complex PostgreSQL database schemas and queries.
• Research, prototype, and implement AI-powered tools for code completion, automated reviews, and CI/CD pipeline optimization.
• Translate complex user requirements into user-centric solutions in collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Mentor engineers, champion best practices, and contribute to technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Deep proficiency across the full stack of B2B SaaS applications.
• Frontend experience with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Backend experience with Go preferred; Ruby, Python, or PHP accepted.
• Database experience with PostgreSQL.
• A product-first mindset, user perspective, and strong user-experience and design awareness.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to architect solutions for complex distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively.
