Payroll Services Supervisor (Workday)

Location: All Locations - US; hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office, with travel to client or organizational locations as required.

Compensation Range: $73,500–$139,700 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise payroll processing activities for assigned client engagements.
• Review payroll data and deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with clients on payroll requirements, changes, and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Train and guide junior team members on payroll procedures.
• Support client onboarding and payroll system implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of payroll services experience.
• Work may include periods of increased hours during peak business cycles.
• Ability to travel to client or organizational locations based on business and engagement needs.

Nice to have

• FPC certification.
