Sr. Workday Analyst - Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (Workday)

Location: Hybrid, St Louis Park, Minnesota, United States

Compensation range: $89,300.00–$165,800.00 annually. Other compensation may include annual incentives.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security, organizations, reports, dashboards, calculated fields, notifications, and integration support.
• Develop and implement solutions across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking, with potential support for HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning modules.
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into scalable configurations, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead Workday improvement projects from requirements capture through deployment and serve as the functional lead for releases, feature adoption, and optimization.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and production deployments with implementation partners and external consultants.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, Payroll, Finance, and Compliance teams on recommendations, education, process improvements, change management, data quality, governance, audits, and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday experience.
• Hands-on Workday configuration, security, and reporting experience focused on Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Experience supporting a global organization in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Agile experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Workday Pro certification(s).
