Senior Operations Specialist (Incentive Compensation)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico. Must be able to work from the assigned hirify.global office 2–3 days per week or as needed by the business.

What you will do

• Engage with selected markets and verticals to handle operational requests and prioritize workload according to established plans.
• Maintain documentation for data and transactional processes and act as a country expert for issues raised with Delivery Team Leads.
• Deliver data validation, stewardship, extraction, reporting, analytics, and analytical support across multiple databases and data processes.
• Calculate, validate, upload monthly data, and report on Field Force Incentives.
• Share best practices, provide high-quality service, follow SLAs, guidelines, timelines, and SRT KPIs.
• Develop subject matter expertise and propose process improvements, solutions, and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in service delivery, shared services, or sales operations.
• Strong service orientation, customer-focused mindset, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Strong IT literacy and technology proficiency, with experience in data stewardship, reporting, and analytics delivery.
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in Incentive Compensation is mandatory.
• Experience in at least one of the following is required: Sales Force Management or CRM support for sales teams; Medical Samples Management.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis, along with strong analytical, quantitative, fact-based, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to identify and propose process improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, including engagement with leadership teams, vertical leads, country managers, BU leads, local teams, sales forces, and large audiences.
• Ability to work effectively as a strong team player in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Academic or professional discipline in Analytics, Operations Management, Consulting, IT, Science, Sales, or Commercial.
• Certification in Change Management, Business Process Mapping, or Project Management.
