Real Time Index Production Senior Associate (AI)

What you will do

• Execute and oversee complex real-time and end-of-day index production workflows within strict deadlines and with a zero-error mindset.
• Validate market data inputs, corporate actions, and index outputs, and analyze exceptions.
• Own incident and problem management, coordinate with stakeholders, drive root cause analysis, and ensure durable remediation with Technology.
• Use AI-enabled tools for anomaly detection, log analysis, incident triage, data reconciliation, and production automation.
• Support product launches, methodology changes, releases, testing, deployments, governance, and production readiness.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and control frameworks while contributing to business continuity, resilience, and global production operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in index production, financial data operations, or real-time market data environments.
• Experience with index calculation, rebalancing, and corporate actions handling.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools such as generative AI copilots, anomaly detection systems, or API-driven automation tools, and a strong interest in applying AI/ML to production workflows.
• Experience operating in high-stakes, accuracy-focused, zero-defect environments and time-sensitive, SLA-driven operations.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, index methodologies, and data workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or similar scripting languages for data analysis, automation, and troubleshooting; working knowledge of Excel.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure; observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Splunk; workflow orchestration, APIs, and automation technologies.
• Experience with automation, workflow orchestration, cloud environments, AWS, Azure, or Snowflake, plus familiarity with workflow tools, dashboards, and monitoring systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and learning skills, including the ability to resolve complex production issues and work with global stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in a global, shift-based environment supporting real-time production cycles.
