Analyst Lead, Pricing (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead pricing analysis and support new business and renewal deals from initial pricing requests through contracting.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses across software, services, and managed services, evaluating margins, revenue, and commercial trade-offs.
• Apply pricing frameworks, benchmarks, and guardrails; review exceptions and commercial contract terms; and recommend discounts, ramps, payment terms, renewals, and services assumptions.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Services, and Delivery on negotiations, recommendations, risks, options, and trade-offs.
• Analyze deal, discounting, benchmark, and performance data to identify pricing opportunities and develop reporting on margin quality, throughput, and pricing performance.
• Improve pricing processes, documentation, data quality, standardization, and automation to increase cycle-time efficiency, approval efficiency, auditability, and consistency.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, deal desk, financial analysis, revenue operations, or a related analytical role, including experience supporting pricing, quoting, or commercial decision-making.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to evaluate deal economics, margins, pricing impacts, and commercial trade-offs.
• Working knowledge of enterprise deal structures and commercial concepts, including discounts, ramps, payment terms, renewals, and services pricing.
• Strong commercial judgment, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into concise, practical recommendations while managing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field, with disciplined attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, well-documented work.
• Work visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Experience in capital markets, financial technology, software-as-a-service, or other technology-enabled services environments.
• Experience with pricing tools, quote-to-cash processes, or commercial operations within a large, cross-functional organization.
• Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, customer relationship management data, dashboards, pricing datasets, or pricing process improvement initiatives.
