Performance Tracking Specialist

What you will do

• Analyze performance, financial, demographic, and other operational information to support continuous quality improvement.
• Monitor the database used to track placements and develop procedure manuals for placement tracking.
• Produce monthly reports comparing placements across sites with contract requirements and retention milestones.
• Produce quarterly findings reports and maintain the corrective action log.
• Provide performance reports, guidance, and leadership to managers, supervisors, and the leadership team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience analyzing data and producing reports, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience conducting training on policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when preparing and entering information.
