Head of Growth for Argentina (Fintech)

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global in Argentina and build its local presence, brand, PR, and earned media profile.
• Own the local marketing P&L, driving user and revenue growth, margin optimization, and improved unit economics.
• Build relationships with local partners, brand ambassadors, influencers, affiliates, and media contacts.
• Lead Above-The-Line campaigns across TV, OTT, OOH, radio, and other mass media.
• Represent local market insights in collaboration with global performance marketing and creative teams, ensuring brand consistency and localization.
• Build scalable growth processes, hire and lead the local team, and influence the product roadmap through market opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, including experience in top-tier management consulting such as BCG, Bain, McKinsey, or OW, or a bulge bracket investment bank, combined with senior operating roles at a high-growth VC-backed technology company.
• Deep understanding of the Argentinian market and consumer behavior.
• Structured problem-solving skills, including breaking down ambiguous challenges into clear frameworks and communicating findings precisely.
• Ability to coordinate media, celebrity, influencer, and affiliate partners while managing multiple relationships simultaneously.
• Self-starter mindset, comfort with ambiguity, full ownership, and ability to lead projects end to end independently.
• Track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
