DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, Head Office, Tbilisi, Georgia

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code and configuration management with Ansible and Terraform.
• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, and GitLab.
• Monitor system performance and reliability with ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex distributed systems to support high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams, and contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and ArgoCD; required depth depends on seniority.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitLab, or GitHub.
• Understanding of monitoring and logging tools including ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
• Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of Python, Go, or Bash scripting/programming.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with willingness to learn and work with AI tools and modern technologies.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• RHCE/RHCA, CKA, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, or Terraform certification.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API-driven development.
