Knowledge Manager (SharePoint/Jira/Confluence)

What you will do

• Develop, document, modify, transition, and maintain standard functional databases supporting mission requirements.
• Plan and execute transitions of existing program and functional-discipline software and databases into standard or updated platforms.
• Develop, manage, and maintain unit SharePoint sites, including reorganization efforts.
• Support process engineering design and implementation, permissions, content updates, site creation, deletion, and renaming.
• Perform data migration and cleanup, provide end-user assistance, and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Work with technical teams, stakeholders, and partners to support program success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Eligibility for TS/SCI clearance.
• 15 years of experience in Department of Defense information technology; NRO, NSA, and/or NGA experience is acceptable.
• Experience creating and managing SharePoint sites and data storage.
• SCRUM Master-level competency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing Atlassian Jira user groups and project roles, and building and configuring Jira workflows and dashboards.
