What you will do

Receive shipment documents, initiate logging, verify compliance with US Customs requirements, and process documentation.
Coordinate cargo availability, arrange pickup and delivery, finalize billing, and distribute required documents.
Review daily shipment monitoring reports and proactively report non-conformances against measurement standards.
Maintain complete and current operational tables, assist with accounting issues, and perform RFI/RFQ activities as required.
Ensure communications are prompt and accurate.

Requirements

Experience or capability in coordinating import/export shipment documentation and trafficking functions.
Ability to process information in compliance with US Customs requirements.
Ability to maintain accurate records, monitor shipment data, and communicate operational issues promptly.
