System Analysis Trainee

Location: Georgia — office-based in Tbilisi or Batumi, with a remote option in Georgia; training may be office-based or remote.

What you will do

• Practice system analysis on a training project under the guidance of experienced tutors.
• Apply knowledge of the software life cycle, software development processes, and software architecture.
• Work with requirements, including their types, documentation, and management.
• Use basic SQL, UML 2.0 diagrams, and web technologies including APIs, HTTP, REST, and SOAP.
• Learn and apply Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency with verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of the software life cycle, software development process, software architecture, and database fundamentals.
• Knowledge of basic SQL functions and basic UML 2.0 diagrams.
• Knowledge of web technologies, including APIs, HTTP, REST, and SOAP.
• Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work with requirements, including types, documentation, and requirements management.
• No previous professional experience is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a bank or financial/leasing institution in departments optimizing and automating business processes or creating and supporting banking products.
• Intermediate or higher German proficiency.
