System Analyst Middle+ / Senior (Fintech)

Location: Worldwide; remote work within time zones from GMT-2 to GMT+5, with flexible work from an office or remotely. Relocation support is available to hubs in Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan.

What you will do

• Participate in the full product development lifecycle from initial idea through implementation and launch.
• Design technical solutions covering architecture, APIs, data models, business processes, and integration interactions between products.
• Create technical documentation, specifications, service requirements, and clear requirements for development teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other key teams to align product development.
• Propose and implement strategies to improve customer experience and optimize the conversion funnel.
• Manage end-to-end product requirements and resolve complex production issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience designing APIs, architecture, data models, and business processes.
• Experience with UML and BPMN.
• Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specifications for developers.
• Knowledge of REST and gRPC models.
• Experience designing complex, scalable services with high load and high availability.
• Hands-on experience launching and developing products from scratch.
• Basic knowledge of prioritization frameworks, team management skills, and basic SQL skills.
• B1 or higher English level for communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Solid experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming patterns.
• Experience working with Kafka.
