System Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design technical solutions, including architecture, APIs, and data models for core banking, processing issuer, and card systems.
• Create detailed technical specifications, service requirements, and documentation for development teams.
• Manage the end-to-end product development requirements from initial idea to implementation and launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other key teams to ensure a unified approach to product development.
• Propose and implement strategies to optimize the conversion funnel and enhance the customer journey.
• Troubleshoot and find solutions for complex technical issues occurring in production.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Proven experience in designing APIs, architecture, data models, and business processes.
• Proficiency with UML/BPMN and knowledge of REST/gRPC models.
• Experience designing complex, scalable services with high load and high availability.
• Basic SQL skills and hands-on experience launching products from scratch.
• English: B1 or higher required for effective communication within an international team.
• Time zone alignment: Must be available to work within GMT-2 to GMT+5.

Nice to have

• Solid experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming patterns.
• Experience working with Kafka.
