System Analyst Middle+ / Senior (Fintech)

Location: Worldwide; remote work within GMT-2 to GMT+5. Flexible work is available remotely or from one of the offices. Relocation support is available to hubs in Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan.

What you will do

• Participate in the full product lifecycle from initial idea through implementation and launch.
• Design technical solutions covering architecture, APIs, data models, and business processes.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, service requirements, and integration specifications.
• Manage product development requirements end to end and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other teams.
• Propose strategies to improve customer experience and conversion funnels.
• Resolve complex production issues and support scalable, high-availability services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience designing APIs, architectures, data models, and business processes.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, REST, and gRPC.
• Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specifications for developers.
• Experience launching products from scratch and designing complex scalable services with high availability.
• Basic SQL knowledge and B1 or higher English for communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming patterns.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Knowledge of prioritization frameworks and team management.
