Senior BPM Engineer / Systems Analyst (AI)

Location: Worldwide; Armenia; Georgia. Remote work.

Salary: $3,000–$4,500 gross per month.

What you will do

• Design and implement BPMN processes and DMN decision tables in Camunda 8 for customer support automation, including greenfield development and ongoing improvements.
• Configure and maintain logic and prompts in no-code AI platforms, including voice-bot call flows, LLM classifiers, and other AI-driven tools.
• Support and debug active automation scenarios in Camunda Operate, delivering quick fixes and continuous production improvements.
• Integrate processes with internal and external systems using REST APIs, JSON, and Kafka message brokers.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and analytics teams while promoting automation and adopting new technologies and AI integrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with production BPM engines, including end-to-end design and deployment of executable BPMN/DMN processes.
• Solid production experience with Camunda 7 or Camunda 8.
• Expert knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and FEEL.
• Proven experience integrating systems through REST APIs, JSON, and Kafka message brokers.
• Understanding of and interest in modern AI and LLM solutions for business process integration.
• Ability to independently gather and clarify technical requirements with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate and share expertise.

Nice to have

• Automation experience in customer support or operational business teams.
• Experience specifying API and integration requirements.
• SQL skills for data validation and process behavior analysis.
• Experience with prompt engineering and no-code or low-code AI platforms.
