What you will do

• Lead and develop Pressure Parts manufacturing operations in Lapua and Tampere, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies supporting business objectives, competitiveness, and long-term growth.
• Lead approximately 200 manufacturing professionals and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean methodologies, process development, performance management, new technologies, and new ways of working.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners on production performance, sustainability, compliance, and delivery excellence.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making as a member of the Global Supply Production Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or another relevant field.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations and large production organizations in a complex industrial environment.
• Extensive experience in a manufacturing leadership position.
• Strong experience driving operational excellence through Lean, continuous improvement, and change management initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, develop high-performing teams, lead change, drive transformation, and challenge the status quo.
• Analytical mindset enabling the translation of operational data into actions that create sustainable business results.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel globally when required.
