Contract Opportunity: Contact Centre MI & Insight Analyst | Major UK Bank

📍 UK, fully remote
💷 Up to £550 per day (inside IR35, rate to umbrella)

I’m working with a leading UK bank on the next iteration of their contact centre platform, and they need someone who can turn call data into real business change.
This isn’t a “build dashboards and walk away” role. You’ll be creating bespoke reporting for senior management, digging into why customers are calling, spotting patterns in call types and contact drivers, and using those insights to help streamline processes going forward.
What they’re looking for:

✅ Strong MI and reporting background, ideally with Amazon QuickSight
✅ Familiarity with Amazon Connect (or similar contact centre tech such as Genesys, NICE or Avaya)
✅ Experience analysing call drivers, failure demand or customer journeys
✅ The ability to translate data into clear, commercial recommendations for stakeholders
