Interface Manager (Offshore Oil and Gas)

What you will do

• Establish and maintain project interface management systems, plans, procedures, registers, dashboards, and reports.
• Identify, categorize, assign, track, resolve, and formally close technical, organizational, operational, commercial, and stakeholder interfaces.
• Coordinate engineering disciplines, multidisciplinary reviews, deliverable integration, and resolution of technical conflicts.
• Coordinate construction, commissioning, operations, workfront planning, handover, brownfield modifications, SIMOPS, tie-ins, and shutdown activities.
• Manage interfaces among ADNOC, PMC teams, EPC contractors, vendors, operations personnel, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate interface risks, monitor performance, support HSE and quality objectives, and report critical issues and trends to project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 25 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 8 years of Interface Management experience on major capital projects.
• Minimum 5 years of PMC experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations interfaces.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of project execution processes and organizational structures.
