Project Controls Engineer (EPC)

What you will do

• Draft project-specific project controls procedures and prepare internal and external project reports.
• Maintain deliverables, procurement, subcontractor, engineering, materials, variations, and claims registers.
• Prepare procurement packages, quantities take-offs, contract specifications, technical requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Support subcontract administration, price negotiations, measurements, payment certification, correspondence, and final account closeout.
• Maintain project records and daily diaries, including activities, resources, productivity, site instructions, climate conditions, and important events.
• Prepare variation and claim submissions, monthly payment requests, budgets, current estimates, cost allocations, and variance monitoring.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry at a similar level.
• Experience in EPC projects with ADNOC or an equivalent organization.
• Ability to perform under stressful situations.
• Knowledge of cost estimation, cost control, planning, risk management, and contracts.
• Awareness of engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of project management tools and basic financial concepts.
• Good communication and interface skills with the project team, an operational mindset, excellent organizational skills, and determination to succeed.
