Solution Architect (SaaS Event Technology)

Location: Remote, Any State; domestic and international travel required up to 20%.

What you will do

• Own the overall solution architecture for client event implementations, including requirements, platform configuration, integrations, scalability, and technical feasibility.
• Lead strategic discovery, solution design, consultations, post-conference reviews, milestone reporting, and executive client communications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to VP and C-suite stakeholders, aligning hirify.global solutions with strategic business objectives and driving platform adoption.
• Provide architectural oversight across multi-event client portfolios, including scope, resourcing, timelines, quality assurance, deliverables, and alternative solutions.
• Mentor Solution Consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing, thought leadership, process improvement, case studies, whitepapers, social media, and conference presentations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software implementation experience, including deep expertise implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise-level clients and 3–5 years in SaaS event technology.
• Experience in event technology, marketing technology, or enterprise B2B SaaS implementation.
• Ability to gather, document, and translate complex requirements, configurations, and integrations across multiple systems.
• Ability to own solution architecture for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations.
• Ability to advise executive-level client stakeholders and align solutions with long-term business strategy.
• Track record of creating efficiencies through process design, driving adoption, and measuring impact.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences, with strong cross-functional relationship-building ability.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing complex API integrations across enterprise systems.

• Demonstrated mentorship experience developing Solution Consultants or equivalent implementation professionals.
