SAP Integration Lead Consultant

What you will do

• Analyze complex business and IT challenges and translate them into scalable SAP integration solutions.
• Design and implement integrations using Business Data Cloud, SAP API-centric Integration, Event Mesh, B2B/EDI solutions, and SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and Business Data Cloud with non-SAP applications, cloud platforms, partner ecosystems, and legacy landscapes.
• Depending on experience, lead projects and guide clients on integration strategy, architectural decisions, and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions.
• Share expertise within the SAP community and stay current with cloud, AI, automation, and event-driven architecture innovations.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with SAP technologies and integration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or comparable integration platforms.
• Solid understanding of integration architecture principles, including API-first, event-driven, and hybrid landscapes.
• Familiarity with cloud integrations and modern middleware solutions.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into tangible business value.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in client-facing environments.
• Ownership of work, proactive collaboration, and a team-oriented approach to knowledge sharing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and a good command of English.
