What you will do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support software applications.
- Build web applications using OutSystems front-end and back-end technologies.
- Use OutSystems Mentor for application generation, user story acceleration, code assistance, refactoring, and productivity improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Lead development teams, mentor developers, and promote development best practices.
- Collaborate on software delivery using Agile development methodologies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in software development, including at least 2 years as a Tech Lead.
- Hands-on experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
- Proven experience using OutSystems Mentor for AI-assisted development throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with OutSystems Mentor for application generation, user story acceleration, code assistance, refactoring, and productivity improvement.
- Strong knowledge of OutSystems front-end and back-end development.
- Experience leading development teams, mentoring developers, and promoting development best practices.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaborative software delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent Portuguese and English.
