Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET/Angular)

Location: Hybrid in Ebene, Mauritius

hirify.global provides Payroll and HR services and develops payroll and reward solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers.

What you will do

• Develop new features for the in-house Payroll Reporting tool using .NET and Angular in an Agile environment.
• Maintain the stability and maintainability of the existing codebase.
• Design and develop software modules and business process logic.
• Partner with stakeholders and the product owner to define and implement prioritized, correct, data-driven solutions.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned software functionalities and understand the relevant products and user stories.
• Provide third-level support, troubleshooting, and error correction.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience with C# using Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
• In-depth knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Angular-based frontend development, SQL, Azure DevOps, and Git.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum; Scrum experience is advantageous.
• Fluent spoken and written Dutch.
• Confident spoken and written English.
• Completed studies in informatics, mathematics, or a similar field, or completed IT specialist training in application development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar solutions.
• Interest in using AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve software delivery.
