Full Stack Developer (AI)

Location: Ebene, Mauritius; hybrid working arrangement.

What you will do

• Develop full-stack payroll and HR software using .NET, C#, and Angular in an agile environment.
• Build new features and maintain the stability, quality, and maintainability of existing code.
• Design and develop software modules and business process logic in collaboration with stakeholders and the product owner.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned software functionality and support agreed sprint and squad priorities.
• Provide 3rd-level support, troubleshoot issues, and correct errors.
• Apply an end-user-oriented, pragmatic approach to deliver data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of software development experience using C#.
• In-depth knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Angular, SQL, Azure DevOps, and Git.
• Experience using Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum ways of working.
• Confident spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree focused on business or technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, detail-oriented, and learning skills.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented, outcome-focused, and end-user-oriented approach.
• Commitment to sprint and squad goals and ability to collaborate in international, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Interest in or experience with payroll technology and processes.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar solutions.
• Scrum experience as an agile framework.
