System Analysis Traineeship

Location: Georgia. Candidates from Tbilisi and Batumi attend in-office; participants from other cities across Georgia can join online.

Salary: from 1,400 GEL per month before taxes.

What you will do

• Analyze and document requirements and transform them into technical specifications.
• Design solutions, data models, UML diagrams, and integrations.
• Learn and apply system analysis practices to real project tasks.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to collaboration with development and QA teams.
• Prepare for work on commercial projects through a five-month practice-oriented traineeship.

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Completed System Analysis courses and strong theoretical knowledge of the field.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, development processes, software architecture fundamentals, and databases.
• Knowledge of basic SQL functions and core UML 2.0 diagrams.
• Understanding of web technologies, including API, HTTP, REST, and SOAP.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of requirements management, including requirement types, documentation, and management processes.
• Eagerness to grow in System Analysis and the IT industry.

Nice to have

• German at Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience in banking, financial, or leasing industries related to business process automation, product implementation, support, or development.
